Eligible customers can add multiple domains under a single license and control how scan quota is distributed across them from the Domain dashboard.
Note: This capability is available through Sales only and is not included in standard plans.
When you purchase a plan, the first domain you register automatically receives 100% of the scan quota. This primary domain can't be deactivated or deleted.
With multi-domain management you can:
- Add a domain
- Deactivate a domain
- Activate a domain
- Delete a domain
- Control how scan quota is allocated across multiple domains
- View a summary of quota allocation
How to add a domain
Add another domain to scan and allocate scan quota to it.
To add a domain

Select your user profile and then select Domains management.
- Select Add domain.

Under Domain configuration, enter the domain to add.
- Allocate pages to the domain out of the total quota. You can allocate pages manually to each domain or select Distribute quota evenly to automatically distribute quota across all of them. You can’t allocate more than your maximum available quota.
- Select Save configuration.
How to deactivate a domain
Deactivate a domain to exclude it from future audits and free up page quota. Accessibility metrics won't be updated and the. Existing data is saved and can be restored if you reactivate the domain.
To deactivate a domain
- In the Domain dashboard, select the 3 dots menu next to the domain.
- Select Deactivate domain.
How to activate a domain
Reactivate a previously deactivated domain and assign scan quota to it.
To activate a domain
- In the Domain dashboard, select the 3 dots menu next to the deactivated domain.
- Select Activate domain.
- In the Manage quota allocation window under Domain configuration, allocate quota to the domain.
- Select Save configuration.
- In the confirmation window select Confirm changes.
How to delete a domain
Deleting a domain is permanent and removes all associated data for the domain. The data can't be restored and you won't have access to its audit history or accessibility metrics.
To delete a domain
- In the Domain dashboard, select the 3 dots next to the domain.
- Select Delete domain.
- In the confirmation window select the checkbox I understand and still want to delete.
- Select Delete domain.
How to manage quota allocation
Quota allocation lets you decide how your plan’s total scan quota is distributed across multiple domains. From the Domain dashboard, you can assign pages to each domain, adjust allocations as needed, and see how much quota is used or still available.
Changes to quota allocation take effect in the domain’s next audit cycle. You can reallocate pages between domains during a cycle, and all scanned pages reset at the start of each new cycle.
To allocate quota to domains
- In the Domain dashboard select Manage quota allocation. Alternative select the the 3 dots menu next to a domain and then select Manage quota allocation.

Enter a page quota for each domain up to the maximum number of pages available in the plan.
The quota allocation shows:- Pages scanned: The number of pages scanned in this cycle.
- Pages allocated: The number of pages allocated to all the domains out of the total quota.
- Pages available to allocate: The number of pages remaining to be allocated to a domain.
- Select Save configuration.
How to view a summary of quota allocation
You can quickly review how quota is distributed across your domains.
- Select the domain dropdown to view a summary of the quota allocation for each domain.
- Select the configuration icon in the dropdown to manage quota allocation.
