Domain-level user management lets you control who can access each domain in your account. It keeps access organized across your teams and is useful if you manage multiple domains, and teams.
For eligible customers only.
How it works
Users are assigned to one or more domains with a defined role.
- Users only see domains they are assigned to
- Domains without access are hidden
- Users without domain assignments will not see any domains in accessFlow
User roles
Each user has a role that defines their level of access to a domain.
License admin
- Automatically assigned from the Customer Portal
- Has access to all domains under the license
- Can view and manage user access to a domain
- This role cannot be changed or removed
Site admin
- Can access and work in the domain
- Can view users and manage access to the domain
Member
- Can access and work in the domain
- Cannot view or manage user access to the domain
