How to activate Auto-resolve

  • Updated

To activate auto-resolve, you’ll need to add a hosted script on your website. This is a one-time step.

The script is SOC 2 secured, doesn’t save cookies, and has no impact on your website’s performance.

Important: Auto-resolve can only fix issues on pages where the script is present. We recommend using a tag manager to ensure the script is loaded across all pages of your site.

To activate auto-resolve

  1. Navigate to Auto-resolve. Screenshot of auto-resolve section
  2. Select Activate Auto-resolve.
  3. Select Copy script. Screenshot of auto-resolve script
  4. Paste the script just before the closing </body> tag on your website.
  5. Select Verify Installation. Screenshot of verify installation
  6. Enter the URL of the page where the script was installed and select Verify Installation. Verifying may take up to 60 seconds.
  7. Once the script is verified, select View Eligible Issues and start auto-resolving issues.Screenshot of auto-resolved verified
