To activate auto-resolve, you’ll need to add a hosted script on your website. This is a one-time step.
The script is SOC 2 secured, doesn’t save cookies, and has no impact on your website’s performance.
Important: Auto-resolve can only fix issues on pages where the script is present. We recommend using a tag manager to ensure the script is loaded across all pages of your site.
To activate auto-resolve
- Navigate to Auto-resolve.
- Select Activate Auto-resolve.
- Select Copy script.
- Paste the script just before the closing </body> tag on your website.
- Select Verify Installation.
- Enter the URL of the page where the script was installed and select Verify Installation. Verifying may take up to 60 seconds.
- Once the script is verified, select View Eligible Issues and start auto-resolving issues.
