Approve and launch your accessServices project

Once you received your quote, the next step is to approve it and start your project. This process happens in your Customer Portal and only takes a few steps.

If you have any questions about your quote, you can book a Zoom meeting with your account partner.

To approve your accessServices project

  1. Go to the accessiBe homepage, and select Login (top right).
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. From the top menu, select My Services
    A list displaying your projects and their current status is shown.
  4. Select Manage next to the project with the status Awaiting Your Approval. Screenshot of projects list
  5. Select a payment method and then select Confirm Payment & Start Project
    Once confirmed, the accessServices team begins working on your project.

What happens next

After you approve your project:

  • Your project status changes to In Progress
  • Our team begins remediation and delivery work
  • When everything is complete, the status updates to Project Completed
  • Your project files are available for download

You can track all updates directly in the Customer Portal.
