How to set up an accessiBe account and start a project for accessServices

Accessibility goes beyond your website. Whether you need file remediation, a VPAT, or expert support for accessibility on your most important web flows, our dedicated accessServices team is here to meet all your needs.

To get a free custom quote

  1. Go to the accessiBe homepage and select Login (top right). Screenshot of login

  3. Enter the following:
    • Full name: First and last name
    • Business name
    • Email address
    • A password for your accessiBe account

  4. Select Create your account.
  5. Enter you website and select Continue.Screenshot of enter website
  6. Add your phone number and select Finish signing up. Screenshot of add phone
  7. Close the Start a trial pop-up.  Screenshot of start trial
  8. In the top menu go to My Services.Screenshot of My Services
  9. Select Get A Quote.Screenshot of Get a Quote
  10. Enter the details for your project:
    1. Enter a descriptive name for your project.
    2. Select the type of project from the dropdown menu.
    3. Enter your project description. Include access credentials if your website requires a login.

    5. Select Get a Quote.

What happens next

  • Your project status changes to Quote Pending
  • Once the quote is ready, your project status changes to Awaiting Your Approval
  • After you approve your project, your project status changes to In Progress
  • Our team begins remediation and delivery work
  • When everything is complete, the status updates to Project Completed
  • Your project files are available for download

You can track all updates directly in the Customer Portal.
