How to configure Blockify Fraud Filter to allow accessFlow audits on Shopify

  • Updated

If you use Blockify Fraud Filter on your Shopify store, accessFlow may be unable to scan some pages.

To allow accessFlow to scan your store, complete both steps:

Step 1: Configure Blockify Fraud Filter

  1. In your Shopify admin, open the Blockify app.
  2. Go to Whitelist.
  3. Create a rule to add an allowed bot with the pattern AccessFlowBot.

Note: If this setting isn't visible in your admin, contact Blockify support.

Step 2: Configure the user agent in accessFlow

  1. In accessFlow, go to Settings > Pre-audit configurations.
  2. Next to User agent, select Add. Screenshot of configure a user agent
  3. In User agent string, enter:
    AccessFlowBot/1.0 (+https://accessflow.accessibe.com/bot-info)
  4. Select Apply.

After completing both steps, run your accessFlow audit again.
