How to cancel an accessWidget license

If you cancel your accessWidget license, your website may no longer be accessible once the billing cycle ends. You can reactivate your plan at any time if you decide to continue using accessWidget.

accessWidget licenses automatically renew by default. For more details see our Terms of service

Before you cancel

Important: If you're an Enterprise customer, accessiBe Partner or your license was set up through a sales representative, contact Support to cancel a license. These plans can't be canceled directly from the Customer Portal.

You can cancel your license from the Customer Portal within the required notice period:

  • Yearly plans: At least 30 days before the end of the current license period.

  • Monthly plans: At least 15 days before the end of the current license period.

If you cancel after the required notice period, your license will remain active until the next renewal cycle and will be canceled at the end of that period.

How to cancel a license

To cancel a license

  1. Go to the accessiBe homepage, and select Login (top right).
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. Go to My Licenses on the top menu. You'll see a list of all the websites that you registered for an accessWidget license.
  4. Select the license you want to cancel.
  5. In the Plan and payments section, select Manage, and then select Cancel license. Screenshot of cancel menu
  6. Select Continue to cancel to confirm the cancellation. 

What happens next

  • Your plan stays active until the end of the billing cycle. 
  • You won’t be charged again after the cycle ends.
  • We'll email a confirmation to you. 
  • You can reactive your license at any time.
