If your accessWidget license is in Grace, there may be an issue with your payment method. To keep your website accessible and mitigate legal risk, add an additional payment method to your account as soon as possible.
If there are no issues with the card on file, please wait 24 hours before attempting to process the payment again. Alternatively, you may contact your bank to clear the declined transaction and then retry the payment through the Custom Portal.
To fix your payment method
- On the accessiBe homepage, select Login in the top right corner, and log in to your account.
Go to My Licenses on the top menu.
- Find the website with a Grace status and select Fix billing issue.
In the Plan and payments window, select Fix payment method.
Select Add a new payment method.
Enter your card details and select Confirm Payment Info.
- In the Complete your Purchase window, select Confirm purchase.
You'll see a confirmation window and receive an email confirming the purchase.
Once your payment method is updated and your confirmed your purchase, your license will move out of grace and your website will continue to be inclusive for people with disabilities and meet legally required accessibility standards.
