Sync accessFlow issues with tickets in your ClickUp list.

Connect to ClickUp

To connect accessFlow to your ClickUp project

A one-time setup is required to connect to ClickUp by an admin user within accessFlow. You must have an existing ClickUp project with a workspace, folder, and list.

  1. Go to Integrations and select the ClickUp card. Screenshot of integrations
  2. Select Connect to ClickUp.
  3. Enter a name for the integration and select Next. Screenshot of clickup name
  4. In the ClickUp - Authentication window, select Connect.Screenshot of connect
  5. Select a ClickUp workspace and then select Connect Workspace. Screenshot of select workspace
  6. Once you see the Authorization completed successfully window, close the browser tab.
  7. In the ClickUp - Authentication window, select Next.
  8. In the Select Team window, select your ClickUp workspace to sync to accessFlow and then select Next.Screenshot of select team

  12. Map the status in accessFlow with a corresponding status in ClickUp. Each time the status of an issue in ClickUp is changed, the corresponding status in accessFlow is updated. Screenshot of map statuses
  13. Select Finish.

Your ClickUp project is now synced to accessFlow.

Update the connection settings

You may want to change the ClickUp workspace, space, folder or list for exporting issues or the type of issue to create in ClickUp.

To update the connection settings

  1. Go to Integrations and select ClickUp.
  2. Select Configure Integration on the ClickUp card.Screenshot of configure integration
  3. Select Reconfigure and follow the wizard to make changes.Screenshot of reconfigure

Disconnect ClickUp

To disconnect ClickUp from accessFlow

  1. Go to Integrations and select the ClickUp card.
  2. Open the three-dot menu (…) and then select Deactivate Integration.Screenshot of deactivate
  3. Type Delete.
  4. Select Deactivate Integration.

Export an issue

Export an issue from accessFlow into a ticket in your ClickUp project.

To export an issue

  1. In the Explore page, select an issue.
  2. In the remediation panel, select Export to create an issue in ClickUp as specified in the connection.Screenshot of export issue
