View and manage your accessWidget subscriptions, including assigning domains to your plans. 

Subscriptions are available under My Subscriptions. If your account includes a subscription, the My Subscriptions section appears, where you can view and manage your plans. Each subscription can include one or more plans that share the same billing cycle, payment method, and renewal date.

Note: Subscription management is available for sales-assisted subscription purchases only.

Manage your subscription

You can manage your subscription by viewing plan details and assigning domains to available plans. 

When you assign a domain to a plan, it appears as a license in the My Licenses section alongside your other licenses. The license renewal date is based on your subscription contract and is not affected by when you assign a domain. You can assign domains at any time.

Assign domains to plans

To assign domains 

1. Go to My Subscriptions.
2. Select Manage subscription.
   • License assignment overview shows how many plans are available to be assigned.
   • Assigned domains show which domains have been assigned to a plan. 
3. Select Assign domains.
4. Enter a domain name.
5. Select a plan from the list.
6. Select Add domain and repeat steps 5-6 for each domain.
7. Select Assign domains.

Edit plan allocations

You can reassign domains to different plans if your subscription changes or if you need to adjust how plans are allocated.

To assign domains to plans

1. Go to My Subscriptions.
2. Select Edit plans.
3. Select the Plan dropdown next to a domain and choose a different plan. The list shows each plan type and how many are still available to assign.
4. Select Save.
